About TradKin

TradKin was founded in 2008 to provide expert QA knowledge and tools for client side control, monitoring and testing of database driven software systems.

Philosophy

Clients cannot be expected to maintain a QA team for each of their software systems.

Likewise software vendors cannot be expected to have full visibility of system usage at client sites.

With this in mind TradKin was founded on the following principles:

• It is essential to have access to QA tools and/or testers for one off projects where these systems are going to be migrated or upgraded.

• It is important to have a centralised ability to monitor, control and propogate changes made to business critical systems.

• Clients should be able to catalogue and revert patches or updates coming in from software vendors where the vendor does not already provide a convenient mechanism to do so.

Areas of Expertise

Our consultants have high level experience of test and release practices across the full software lifecycle, both client side and internally at software development companies.

TradKin specialises in Oracle applications and has extensive knowledge of Linedata Services' Beauchamp FundManager system and the Trading Data Platform that underpins it.
